Installation Tips: Lay your empty tire on the floor. Put enough air into the inner tube to give it shape. Install the inner tube into the tire. Make sure that it has enough air pressure to almost fill up the tire cavity. Now slide the Mr. Tuffy between the tire and tube and the inner tube will hold it in place. Take one side of the tire/tube and slide it onto the rim. Make sure that the tube's valve stem slides all the way into the hole on the rim. Now that one side of the tire is on the rim, push the other side of the tire onto the rim with your thumbs. Depending how much air is in the tube, you might have to deflate it slightly to get the 2nd side of the tire onto the rim. If the tire is extremely tight, you might need to use a tire lever to help the last few inches of the tire onto the rim. Now you can inflate the tube to manufacturers specs and ride flat-free.  Remember to check your tire pressure often to keep your tires at their optimum riding pressure. Mr. Tuffy works much better at recommended pressures.
